This large cleaver carries considerable weight and heft and is capable of processing large cuts of meat and bones. Despite its heavy-duty blade it is very well balanced and would also be a good choice for breaking down vegetables and large cuts of fish. The full-tang stainless steel blade is finished with three rivets in the wood handle.
